Here's another grocery distribution to UMBC students early this week.

VHPA DC, DESI-UMD, HSC distributing groceries to UMD students feeling heat of financial difficulties

Here's another effort from World Hindu Council of America-VHPA supporting students living at the campus.

A few weeks ago we served #UMBC campus with help from some #Telugu associations providing month plus of groceries.

Last weekend we served #UMCP.

Thank you #Krishna ji and Monika Deshpande ji leading the charge in my absence.

We shall continue to serve our students all through out.

Fantastic.

Vhpa-dc DC have identified 20+ local students needing help with following supplies. These supplies will be delivered in next few days.

1. Rice (100 lbs or 2 50 lbs bag),
2. Tur Dal (20lbs X 4 bags)
3. Oil (Canola oil 1.42 litres X 4 bottles per apt) ,
4. Sugar (1 25 lbs bag),
5. Vegetables (couple of regular vegetables - 4 packs of 2 - 3 lbs each, plus 10 lbs bags of Potato and onion),
6. Bananas,
7. Wheat flour (4 bags)
8. Bag of lentils

Please personal message if you like to help. We're able and ready to support other needy folks as well.
